The new sociocultural center complemented with the library is located in the former kindergarten building constructed in 1970-s and functionally renewed in present days. 

In addition to basic options the space offers a range of new activities for different types of visitors. Alongside with a contemporary selection of books, digital catalogue and places for work the center also includes areas for workshops, concert and lecture hall, zones for children and teenagers and other multifunctional spaces .

The project has an exceptional status: supported by the private sponsor, it will be patronised by the state in the nearest future. The plan of reconstruction takes this in account and focuses on the infrastructure and reasonable materials which will be easy to take care of. 

The project pays special attention to the accessibility of the building and takes care of ramps and elevators
